Non pressure solar water heating system with assistant tank

Features:

1. Similar as the normal non-pressure type.the difference is the big tank with a feeder tank on the top.

2.From the drawing of installation of XKNP with feeder tank you could see the internal structure.when

the water in the big tank get heating would produce some steam out,because of the air vent inside the

feeder tank,so it would inflow inside the feeder tank.That could avoid waste water source.

3.The floater on the feeder tank could load the water automatically

Working principle:

This system relies on natural circulation, the water in vacuum tube will be hot after the coating layer

absorbs solar energy. As we know, hot water is lighter and cold water is heavier, so hotter water will

flows into tank and colder water will flow to vacuum tube bottom, this circulation continues because

of different water temperature between the tank and vacuum tube. At last, the water temperature in tank

and vacuum tube will be the same, and circulation will stop. Then you can get hot water after several hours.
